ORDER CUSTOM CAST CHARMS FROM THE CHARM FACTORY

Looking for your logo or design cast in a charm that is exclusive to you? The Charm Factory works with you to create custom charms, beads and more for your brand, event, hobby or non-profit. Everything is made in the USA in our factory. We are located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

• The minimum order is 100 pieces.

• We cast in sterling silver, lead free pewter and 14k gold.

• The one time set up fee is usually $200.00 (less if you provide the master). This fee is usually $300.00 for pewter. This covers making a master and molds for production.

• The price per piece depends on the size and weight of the custom item, as well as the initial quantity ordered. Once we receive artwork and size information from you, we will estimate your costs. Final cost per piece depends on the weight of the samples produced.

• We start with a digital version of the charm based on your ideas and artwork. After approval, we will cast samples for you. This normally takes about two weeks. Then when you place the order, production will take approximately two more weeks. This means your custom order will take about four weeks from start to finish.

• Please note that custom items may not be exchanged or returned.

We will email you back with more information and questions to get the ball rolling. Since this idea and design is exclusive to you, your information or product will not be shared with others.

CONTRACT CASTING

We offer contract casting services to customers in the jewelry industry and beyond.  Whether your custom casting project is in sterling silver, pewter, or gold, our experienced production staff delivers a high quality product with a very fast turnaround.

Start with your own mold, master, or work with our art department to create the design you have in mind – from charms and pendants to belt buckles and figurines. We can also offer jewelry assembly and finishing services.
