I placed an order today and I need to receive it by Thursday or Friday so I have it by the weekend.  I chose priority mail and entered a note in the special instructions.  I received a phone call that the method I chose wouldn't get it here in time.  When I got the message I called back right away.  I was surprised to have a real person and not a recording answer the phone.  Not only was it a real person but it was a person who knew who I was and knew about my order request.  I gave her my credit card number to pay for extra charges to have it sent UPS 2nd day. I couldn't be more pleased, not only with the outcome but with the process to get there.  I've ordered before and will continue to order. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
